Old WPA works program drawing 1933

Charcoal portrait of a young boy found under another print I was removing from a old frame. Signed Alice Seacord, 1933. She was an artist for the WPA and drew portraits of people during the Century of Progress Fair in 1933. Some water stains around the edges. Greenwich Village Artist Colony Label on back.
Measures 12′ by 10″ in old wooden frame.
